A 23-year old Norfolk man has reached a plea deal with prosecutors for the deaths of two people in a car accident over the summer.
Brandon Plante is pleading guilty to two counts of motor-vehicle homicide.
Authorities say Plante was drunk when he drove his speeding pickup the wrong way down Highway 81. That's when he ran head-on into an oncoming car.
Plante faces up to 50 years in prison for each death when he's sentenced in December.
