When Alexis Conaway was in grade school, her basketball team made the boys at Western Christian cry at basketball tournament because they were so good. People around Conaway knew she was going to have a bright future when she began varsity sports at MOC-Floyd Valley. Conaway would go on to help win the Dutch their first ever state titles in girls basketball and volleyball. Conaway was awarded Iowa's Miss Basketball and was also named the Class 3A Volleyball Player of the Year twice. During their title run in basketball Conaway set a state basketball tournament record in the state semis when she scored 46 points. She's also a three time Drake Relays and State high jump champion. Conaway will play volleyball at Iowa Staet next season.
