The Cyclones overpower San Jose St. to a 44-10 victory

Iowa St. recorded it's first win of the season when it dismantled San Jose St. 44-10 Saturday afternoon at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames. 

Both quarterbacks Jacob Park and Joel Lanning each had a good game. Park chalked up 165 yards and three touchdowns on 15  of 19 attempts. Lanning threw for 136 yards and two touchdowns on just five of eight passing.

Running back Mike Warren rushed for 103 yards and one touchdown on 19 touches. Wide receiver Deshaunte Jones had 78 yards and two touchdowns on three catches.

The Cyclones host Baylor next week.
