Former South Sioux City girls basketball coach Kelly Flynn will be inducted into the Nebraska High School Hall of Fame. Flynn turned South Sioux City into one of the greatest high school sports dynasties in Siouxland history. The Cardinals won 11 state titles in 27 years under Flynn's direction, won 508 games, and averaged 19 wins a season. Flynn will be honored inducted at ceremony in Lincoln on October, 5th. The former coach has been away from the game for three years and says he does miss coaching, but really enjoys working on economic development for the city of South Sioux City.
