Cannabidiol Hearing Available in Sioux City Tuesday

The hearing will air on the state's Iowa Communications Network at various locations.
Des Moines, Iowa (ABC9 News)- More information concerning the use of cannabis oil in Iowa is being released on Tuesday.  State officials have a public hearing planned Tuesday to hear comments on Iowa's new cannabidiol rules. Lawmakers have so far approved very limited medical use of the oil.

The hearing is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Officials said comments may be presented either orally or in writing. 
The hearing will be carried on the state's Iowa Communications Network at various locations across the state.  In Siouxland the hearing can be viewed at the downtown Sioux City Public Museum at 529 Pierce Street.
