Muskies Try to Close Out Omaha

After taking both games on the road, Sioux City is ready to head home and close out the Western Conference Semifinals
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (ABC9 Sports)--After stealing home ice from the Omaha Lancers, the Sioux City Musketeers are now just one win away from advancing to the Western Conference Finals in the Clark Cup Playoffs.

If the Muskies can win one more game, they'll win their first playoff series since 2005, when they lost to Cedar Rapids in the Clark Cup Finals.

With the commanding two game lead, Sioux City now heads home and has two chances to close out the Lancers at the Tyson Events Center.

Sioux City is 21-8-1 at home this year while Omaha is 19-6-5 on the road. In three games at the Tyson between the two squads, Sioux City holds a 2-1 edge.

Game Three is Friday night at 7:05. Game Four, if necessary, will be Saturday night also at 7:05.
