We're on the way to a fairly nice December Monday. Under mostly cloudy skies the temperature will rise into the upper 40s and lower 50s for mainly Siouxland sites courtesy of a light southerly breeze gusting to 25 MPH. There may be a handful of sprinkles and flurries today, but nothing should accumulate.

Tonight the low will be 23° with mostly cloudy skies. The wind will shift to the northwest and become very strong gusting to around 35 MPH. With that in place, feels-like temperatures will plummet down into the single digits!

Tomorrow we'll have a high of 32° with mostly sunny skies. The wind will continue to push in with gusts clocking near 35 MPH.

Wednesday will be windy and cold as our temperature continues to tumble. Thursday the high will only be 17°!

This weekend, we'll reel in some modest warmth as highs return to the 20s and 30s. There's a chance of a light mix on Saturday.

Have a nice start to your week!
