A warm front will lift through Siouxland Thursday night. This will keep lows on the mild side and set the stage for unseasonable warmth Friday.
Expect a low overnight of 54 under clear skies. Be looking for some fog late, though.
Friday, sunshine, dry air, and a warm southwest wind will team up to push the high to 80 degrees! The record high is 84 from 1937. It isn't impossible that we would reach that!
A cold front will take us down to the 60s for highs over the weekend with more cloud cover, but no rain.
The warm air makes a quick return for Halloween on Monday--the high will be 78 with breezy winds.
Tuesday through Thursday of next week looks quiet and dry, with highs in the 60s.
